Thinking of visiting? You’re always welcome…
Checking out a church for the first time can be daunting – where do I go? Is there a place for my kids? What’s the service like?
These are great questions. Here’s some FAQs that might help:
Q: What happens on Sunday mornings?
A: There’s always coffee and plenty of visiting and church “family time” to catch up on the week and welcome our guests. That’s followed at 9:00 by Bible classes for everyone (August-June) and our worship service at 10:15. We’re usually finished around 11:30.
Q: Tell me more about your Bible classes.
A: We have classes for children and students, from nursery through middle and high school. For adults, there are several Bible studies on several topics – from handling conflict well, to building a great marriage, to studying a book of the Bible. All classes are open and you can drop in any time.
Q: What happens in church?
A: Every week we have a time of worship, prayer, and a message from God’s Word. We believe our teaching should be rooted in the Bible along with real-life, practical applications for today. We want you to leave equipped to live a great life in Christ!
We also observe Communion once a month, usually on the first Sunday.
More than anything, what you’ll find here is a strong family who’s committed to walk together through thick and thin, no matter what. Maybe it’s just what you’ve been looking for.
